Getting the legal and financial paperwork done can seem daunting but we will be with you every step of the way. Here's a general outline of what will happen:
  • The buyer chooses a title company that will research the history of your property to make sure it can be legally purchased, will make sure contingencies are met and they will hold all the funds and legal instruments as a neutral third-party
  • The buyer has an inspection done by a professional on the major parts of your home 
  • An appraisal is done by the buyer's lender 

CLOSE

The next chapter of your new life is almost here! Congratulations! Here are the final details that we will help you with:
  • One last inspection to make sure everything works
  • Canceling or transferring your utilities and other services
  • "Closing escrow" happens when the title company gives you and the buyer a closing statement that lists all the legal and financial details of your purchase, you both sign the final documents and the transaction is recorded at the County Assessor's Office. At this time you receive your money and the buyer becomes the owner of the property
